Method
If you are looking for temporary employees - for a short or longer period, or a few half-days - we can be of service to you like no other. Our account managers are happy to visit you to map out your staffing needs, after which we select the right candidates for you to meet your wishes. We often manage to get the people at to get you started. So even if you are unexpectedly confronted with a capacity shortage, for example due to the illness of one of your employees, we will ensure that the work is simply done! On the first working day, one of our office employees - often your regular account manager - will go with your new temporary worker so that you are assured of a flying start. We also provide, if desired / necessary, translations of work instructions, safety and hygiene rules. Naturally, Laudam also arranges commuting.
